I am a well-talented bilingual with experience in communication, education, business development ,partnerships management, customer experience, monitoring and evaluation, and project management. I have rich experience working with the Youth Employment Agency as a monitoring and Evaluation Officer before working in the Business Development/ Partnerships team of the agency's Job Centre . I have worked with Alliance Française Accra(vacataire) from 2016 to date as a French tutor at all language levels. I am passionate about Climate change, safe migration, effective communication, inclusiveness human development, and innovative strategies. I have a vast volunteering experience in Ghana, Benin, Gabon, and France. I am currently the deputy team lead of the Partnerships/ Business Development unit of the YEA Job Centre, In this role, I have worked with several Development Agencies such as IOM, GIZ the European Union on various projects with regard to migration and youth employment
