During my internship as a Legislative Assistant at the Provincial DPRD of South Sulawesi, I had the opportunity to immerse myself in the legislative process, where I actively contributed to the drafting and review of legislative documents, including bills and regulations. This role allowed me to hone my research skills by delving into various legal and political issues, providing valuable insights that supported decision-making within the legislative body.Working closely with senior legislative staff, I played a key role in organizing committee meetings, preparing detailed agendas, and accurately recording minutes. I also engaged with community stakeholders and constituents, gathering essential feedback on proposed legislation to ensure that public participation was at the forefront of the legislative process.Furthermore, I contributed to the development of policy briefs and reports, aiding in the formulation of governance strategies that aligned with regional priorities. This experience not only deepened my understanding of legislative processes but also reinforced my passion for law and public service.
