We wanted to transform selection processes into opportunities for self-development. The key was our compromise to give feeback (positive or negative) to everyone who participated in our selection processes.Twenty four years are gone now. Across still conducts selection processes, but only for people starting their careers (interns and trainees). Now our processes have Artificial Inteligence, but meaningul feedback to our candidates is still our brand.We also offer several development and performance practices to our clients through programs, workshops, HR consultancy, coaching and assessments.Since 2015 Across has become a Kirkpatrick Partners Afilliate in Brazil. Our T&D solutions use this methodology as a starting point and we also certify T&D professionals so they have the autonomy to build solutions that really add valeu to the business.
