TMS is a Christian nonprofit that supports 180 missionaries who minister in 35 nations worldwide.– Recruited to establish “best practice” fundraising systems, build capacity, and drive the marketing and fundraising efforts of the organization. Gifts have grown 50% from $1.9M to $3M; organizational income is $9M in 2019.– Engaged the other members of the executive leadership team around cultural challenges. – Addressed issues around branding and clarity of vision, benchmarked and evaluated donor relationship potential, and implemented an initial development plan.– Personally cultivated relationships with the major giving community to re-establish active participation from some whose giving was in decline or had lapsed.– Completed analysis of donor file with Target Analytics; identified 1300 prospects capable of making major gifts of $10K or more annually. OM is a nondenominational Christian missionary organization. OM has 6800 missionaries (volunteers and staff) in 118 countries, including 600 from OM USA. OM is transforming lives and communities around the globe.– Hired to build and drive the fundraising and marketing efforts at OM’s U.S. headquarters.– Grew gifts from $5.5M to $14.7M; total organizational income was $32M in 2017. Philanthropic income for projects and programs nearly tripled during tenure. Built systems and processes needed to support growth. – Built a team from one major gift officer to a team of 25, supporting fundraising and marketing. Also helped build capacity globally for fund development by modeling, coaching, and mentoring others in financial development.– Developed our team’s expertise in major giving, planned giving, foundation giving, strategic partnerships, direct marketing, event planning, client services, and public relations. – Greatly increased the overall number of donors, and confirmed 120+ estate gifts.– Helped launch, and provided executive oversight of, The Freedom Challenge (FC), a women’s justice ministry. FC has inspired hundreds of women to become actively engaged in global issues impacting women and children. The ministry raised $5M and attracted 5000+ new partners.– Served in leadership roles on strategic task force teams internationally including: International Financial Development, Global Branding, Business as Mission, and Global South Initiative.– With great support from the President and team, rebranded this 60-year-old, global organization to be relevant for today’s generation.

LPA is an event-driven organization working in communities across the country and around the world.– Served as major gift officer relating to more than 200 high-capacity partners across the Southeastern USA.– Worked with fundraising committees led by top community business leaders to reach campaign goals in their city. Each campaign was in the range of $2M to $3.5M. Consistently exceeded financial goals. – Planned and executed many community and fundraising events.

Food for the Poor is one of the largest international relief and development organizations in the United States. The interdenominational ministry serves the poor in 17 countries throughout the Caribbean and Latin America.– Led a team to success in lead generation and donor acquisition. World Challenge was founded by Reverend David Wilkerson in 1971 with a mission to promote and perpetuate the message of Christ through public teachings.– Served in Mozambique as a missionary following a 17-year civil war to bring safe housing, education, and hope in Christ to 300+ orphans and street children. Helped organize the building of a children’s center by working with a developer and city leaders to get plans and permissions in place, and then built housing and a school. – After returning from Mozambique, worked in the WCM office in New York City to train and lead teams, and to keep finances and visas organized. Position was a transition from corporate marketing to nonprofit leadership.
