Advise Dean and Professional Education Unit (PEU) personnel of deadlines, policies, and procedures for assessment and accreditation; Provide support services, training, technical assistance, and consultative services to groups or individuals throughout the PEU for continuous improvementOversee implementation of Chalk and Wire assessment system – design rubrics in conjunction with program coordinators, evaluate rubrics for validity and reliability, collect data for reporting, coordinate technical training in conjunction with faculty trainerProvide consultative assistance to the Assistant Dean, program coordinators, and department chairs in preparation for Quality Assurance Committee (QCom) reviews; Oversee quality of QCom meetings to ensure appropriate rigor of program review and validity and reliability of data presentedPrepare, interpret, and analyze data for the annual Academic Productivity Report, College Blueprint, and Strategic Plan (e.g. program accreditation status, enrollment data, graduation data, faculty demographic data, assessment system information, and amendments to unit-wide administration and procedures)Oversee College-wide course evaluation process through Class Climate software & present course evaluation data reports to the Provost and COE Dean – serve as liaison to institutional evaluation coordinators, analyze trends in the data; propose additional reporting strategies to target problem areasServe as Title II officer, liaison with State Department and US Department of Education, validator of ETS Praxis score reconciliation report of candidates and annual unit reportAggregate required data, fact check, and validate multiple SACS, US News, CAEP EPP annual, PEDS, and NCTQ reports
