I'm Regina Irania, just Graduated on 2021 with Bachelor Degree on Information System. I have 1 year of work experience at Lion Parcel as operational administration, my job desc includes monitoring courier deliveries, ensuring packages are received by customers, follow up on couriers and customers, recording courier's absence, making courier performance and productivity reports, recruiting new couriers. I'm hard worker, having good communication skill, able to adapt quickly, work under deadline and pressure. I knew that I'm a fresher, but I will proving myself that i will be a good additional to the team.
