- Submit documentation as pleadings to the Department of Justice that provides proof of physical illness and verification of presence as part of litigation for the 9/11 Victim Compensation Fund under the Zadroga Act- Conduct intakes for potential clients and independently manage a caseload that consists of First Responders, survivors, and family members of victims of the 9/11 terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center- Gather documents and prepare clients and witnesses for questioning at appeal hearings with DOJ representatives- Work with clients from different demographics, cultures and age groups, some of whom are disabled and struggle with mental health issues and all of whom suffer from illnesses and injuries sustained from 9/11- Interview, train and oversee new hires in addition to conducting workshops for the entire VCF team to ensure consistency among team members and compliance with internal processes as well as federal laws

- Maintain a superior and intricate knowledge of the business at all levels: product, competition, partnerships, advertising, promotion, finance, market research, human resources, brand development, visibility, and elements of administrative duties- Promoted from intern/assistant position to Director of department within 5 months- Talent acquisition and advertising for positions both internal and external- Provide support to recruiters, President of the company & COO- SEO and research competition so as to remain the premier staffing agency in all areas of work- Research and develop partnerships to create mutually beneficial events and outreach- Promote positive relationships with candidates- Maintain client relations, plan events with 100+ high profile guests- Directly oversee and train marketing department interns- Advise employees in both the East Coast and West Coast offices on all marketing-related tasks
