Wellspring Camps are a therapeutic weight-loss/healthy living oriented camp system. As a member of the Wellspring Camp NY staff I planned and led the Adirondack Expedition Program. These trips included canoeing, hiking and camping in wilderness conditions. During daily operations at the camp, I led sessions including canoeing, hiking, mountain biking, and ropes course for a variety of students matching level of difficulty to skill sets.
