Reginald Emmanuel Burris also known as music production name Mr.Perclivitive is a Sound Engineer, Music Producer, Song Writer ,Musician, and Artist developer that is quickly taking the music/entertainment industry by storm. This musically passionate 22 year old man has been privilege to already score placements with NBC sound library and enter music competitions at which he made it to the finals and had the Opportunity of communicating and being judged by the likes of industry professionals such as "BadBoy"​ Music Producer - Amadeus, Budda the Future, Mike Kalombo and !llmind. In 2010 Mr.Perclivitive entered Five Towns College at which he pursued a Associates degree in business management and Audio Engineering as a minor.
