Key Responsibilities:-Management of day to day Resource drilling programs to ensure they come in on time and within budget-Liaising with consultants and the Group Resource Manager to complete year-end resource and reserve statements meeting stringent reporting deadlines-Training and coaching of national staff helping to develop their skills as resource geologists-Planning and implementation of drilling programs to help delineate additional resources for conversion to reserves-Ensure that all personnel work in a safe manner and in a safe environment-Monthly reporting of Resource estimation progress and results-Liaise with Exploration Team, Group Resources Manager, Mine Planning Engineers, Mine Production Engineer, Third party and in house Laboratory Chemist, Geological Consultants, Contractors including Drillers -Three dimensional wire frame modelling of the companies gold/copper deposits in Sepon -Creation of block models for grade estimation and resource determinations-Implementing and monitoring Laboratory QA/QC programs for all drillinbg projects-To accurately model and estimate resources for the company’s properties
