I am the Senior Executive responsible for long range systems planning, software configuration and system quality assurance of OPM Knowledge Management Portal which provides customized Learning Management Systems (LMS) capabilities to client agencies. I collaboratively work with OMB, OPM executives and agency partners toward a shared vision, meeting identified goals and contributing to the technical management, coordination and oversight of all innovation efforts. I establish program emphasis and targets, producing results through strategic planning, developing operational plans and policies and issuing guidelines and instructions to achieve desired goals. I convey executive direction and guidance to OPM’s Open Government Team in accomplishing the administration’s vision of transparency in government and changing system solution paradigms to those that welcome next generation collaborative work systems.
