•Set up foam injection machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle.Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed). Cycle time reduction .•Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines.•Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools.•Test operation of machines periodically.Fix issues that might occur during the shift.•Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws.•Keep records of approved and defective units or final products.Maintain activity logs.

•Responsible for operation of automated and manual mill equipment used in the production of OSB (Oriented Strand Board)•Conduct regular inspections of the facility to check compliance with fire hazard and safety guidelines.•Assist maintenance with equipment troubleshooting and repairs. Eliminate hazards.•Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.•Effectively reduce or eliminate injuries and hazards in the workplace.•Operate heavy machinery throughout the shift: chainsaw, loader, backhoe, crane, forklift, manlift.•Control and adjust machine setting.•Report all issues, repairs, and possible breakdowns to oncoming shift and corrective actions.

Use of tape measure and deburring tool to prepare for assembly.Attach and insert metal hardware to fiberglass rods based on specifications from customer.Palatined once completely assembled.Loading, unloading, moved and sorted materials to keep items flowing to correct locations.
