Be that Psychiatric Residential Therapeutic Facility, Residential Treatment Center, Wilderness Camp, Group Home, Supervised Independent Living, Wrap Around, Homeless, Adult Mental Health Housing, Young Adult Transitional Housing, Emergency Shelters, and Refugee Resettlement. I have established a record of being an excellent fiscal manager, and an effective communicator with Stakeholders, Executive Boards, and Families. Under my leadership, I focus on creating a family and child centered safe therapeutic environment, which has led to staff retention, decrease in length of stay, increased family, and community engagement.
