Responsible for teaching and training over 160 cadets in Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (JROTC) curriculum. Develops short and long range plans for achieving curriculum goals, gathers appropriate materials, establishes clear objectives for lessons and formulates appropriate lesson plans. Creates a classroom environment conducive to learning and the personal growth of a diverse population of students. Evaluates student and counsels them on their performance within the JROTC program. Organizes, supervises and participates in extracurricular activities for JROTC cadets such as drill competitions, parades and community service events. Maintains students records as required by the Department of the Army and the local school district policies. Received recognition by the ninth-grade administrators as the most service minded staff member.

Led, trained, and supervised a Regional U.S. Army Medical Recruiting company; accounted for the health, welfare, morale, and training of seven department supervisors, two administrative technicians and 32 medical recruiters in a company dispersed over 157, 657 square miles; monitored and maintained Government equipment and vehicles valued at $500,000; served as the primary advisor to the Primary Operational manager on all Soldier morale and recruiting-related issues; responsible for all recruiting efforts to include telephonic, face to face and virtual recruiting operations. Managed all administrative, logistical and maintenance requirements; trained, mentored and motivated all Soldiers toward successful mission accomplishment; promoted unit cybersecurity awareness and monitored all mandatory cybersecurity training; promoted community awareness and support for the Army.

Appointed as the Senior advisor for all recruiting operations in the Montgomery Recruiting Company helping the Company to become number one in the Montgomery Recruiting Battalion. Supervised department army recruiting personnel and was responsible for their professional development. Managed all telephonic, face to face and virtual recruiting efforts. Managed the Department of Primary care with an average census of 11,000 patients visits monthly. Responsible for the training, morale and welfare of 18 enlisted Soldiers and oversaw 46 civilian employees. Manage civilian time cards; assists in the management of provider and staff schedules. Monitored Primary Care Department's Continuing Education Program; monitored unit cybersecurity awareness program and ensured all cybersecurity mandatory trainings were conducted.
