GDIT provides the Air Mobility Command/A4 Resources and Integration Division technical support of Logistics eTools, technical support of the G081 Program Management Office, A4 staff, conference rooms, programming, training and program management support. Key responsibilities will include:• Collects and analyzes complex information from system users and formulates the scope, objectives and solutions for systems needs with limited supervision.• Prepares moderately complex flow charts, models, and procedures along with conducting feasibility studies to design possible system solutions.• Conducts advanced form design and layout activities with limited guidance from manager.• Performs preparation of systems specifications.• Under limited supervision, prepare and maintain technical documentation to guide system users and to assist with the ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of systems.• Applies practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. May provide guidance to less-experienced personnel.• Performs detailed analysis and systems design. • May coach and review the work of less-experienced professionals.• Provides expertise in the formulation of systems' scope and objectives. Amyx provides several PEO support services to include, program management, systems and security engineering, process improvement, financial management and acquisition related support. More specifically, the Amyx Team ensures USTRANSCOM systems are procured and developed on time with high reliability, are cost effective, interoperable, feasible, supportable, and satisfy each activity’s operational requirements.

Cyberspace Operations (CO) planner within United States Transportation Command’s (USTRANSCOM) Command, Control, Communications, and Cyber Directorate (TCJ6). Analyzes operational requirements to identify, coordinate, and integrate Defensive Cyberspace Operations (DCO) Internal Defensive Measures (IDM). Synchronizes DCO-IDM with DCO Response Actions (RA), Offensive Cyberspace Operations (OCO), and DOD Information Network Operations (DODIN Ops) to ensure employment of the full spectrum of cyberspace options in support of the command’s cyberspace mission assurance requirements and in response to threats to global mobility and sustainment operations. Supports USTRANSCOM Joint Planning Teams (JPTs) and participates in the Joint Planning Process to develop USTRANSCOM’s plans supporting Geographic Combatant Commands (CCMD). Responsible for maintaining awareness of USTRANSCOM's cyber dependencies pertaining to critical information and infrastructure necessary for successful global mobility operations. Provides analysis of operations and exercises sponsored by USTRANSCOM, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff(CJCS), DoD Combatant Commanders, Services and Agencies, other US Government agencies, and allied and international organizations as appropriate. Provides coordination and technical support for Operational and Fragmentary Orders (OPORDs and FRAGOs) for DCO, OCO and DODIN Ops taskings from DoD, Joint Staff, and Combatant Command (CCMD) HQs.

The 375 Computer Support Squadron (CSPTS), Mobility Operations Flight (SCG) provides world-class operations and maintenance (O&M) support for Air Mobility Command (AMC) Command and Control (C2), In-Transit Visibility (ITV), and Business Systems utilized by United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM), AMC and 618 Air Operations Center (AOC) Tanker Airlift Control Center (TACC) to accomplish their worldwide mission. The Director, Mobility Operations Flight provides management and supervisory oversight of System Managers (SM’s), Military Cyber Operations Support technicians and Communications, Operations and Maintenance Functions (COM-F) contractors who operate, sustain and provide technical support for the infrastructure and software that supports the following systems: Consolidated Air Mobility Planning System (CAMPS), Dynamic Mission Replanning (DMR), Global Air Transportation Execution System (GATES), Global Command and Control System (GCCS), Global Decision Support System (GDSS), Mobility Enterprise Information Services (MEIS), Mobility Air Forces Flight Planning Service (MAFPS), AMC C2 Operational Environment (C2OE) and Mobility Operations Application-Based System (MOABS), a unique web-application hosting capability that supports Department of Defense (DOD), Air Force (AF) and AMC customers.

System Manager, Global Air Transportation Execution System (GATES). GATES is the command and control (C2) system that facilitates rapid global mobility and in-transit visibility of cargo/passenger data through the automation of aerial/surface port ops. Performs oversight of day-to-day ops/maintenance (O&M), which includes managing support techs (system, database, network) and call center personnel. Facilitates C2 cybersecurity as the GATES Information Assurance Vulnerability Manager (IAVM). Establishes, communicates and maintains cybersecurity standards, guidelines, procedures and other documentation to guide and enforce compliance with organizational cybersecurity policies and/or objectives. Establishes, promotes and/or maintains a program for cybersecurity awareness and training to foster an effective cybersecurity culture. Integrates cybersecurity requirements into organizational processes (e.g., change control, system development, continuity of operations, disaster recovery) to maintain the organization’s security strategy. Compiles reports on information security activities, metrics, and trends to evaluate the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the cybersecurity program and underlying operational processes in order to communicate security performance to leadership and key stakeholders. Develops and maintains System Contingency Management Plan (SCMP) and organizes and conducts annual system contingency exercise. Develops and coordinates service level agreements (SLAs) and/or memorandums of agreement (MOAs) with remote sites that host GATES servers which define roles, responsibilities, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

CAMPS is AMC’s primary Command and Control (C2) planning and scheduling system that provides mobility mission planners with an integrated view for airlift and air refueling requirements management, planning, and scheduling of AMC/MAF air mobility resources to support peacetime, contingency, humanitarian, and wartime operations. Directed and supervised the day-to-day, 24-hour by 7-day operations of 20 Department of the Air Force (DAF) civilian technical staff and 6 contractor system engineers. The technical staff and contractor system engineers consisted of system administrators, database administrators and hardware/software analysts.

CAMS-FM/G081 Software Tester during the preparation of CAMS-FM/G081 for the Year 2000 (Y2K) rollover ensuring a successful incident free transition to Y2K. Managed System Deficiency Reports (SDRs) from initial input to disapproval or resolution. Ensured SDR requirements were adequate, in compliance with directives, and that proper coordination was obtained prior to recommending approval/disapproval. Assisted CAMS-FM/G081 programming staff contractors by providing functional expertise throughout the definition, design, integration, test, and implementation phase of approved SDRs. Evaluated commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software and assisted DISA OKC and remote units during fielding activities.

Provided oversight and direction for all facets of AMC's Maintenance Management Information System (G081). Also provided G081 subject matter expertise to all G081 users, including MAJCOM HQ Managers, Base Level Managers, and functional area personnel.
