My responsibilities included, Everyday up keep of the visual directive. Making sure that the store had a fresh new look, as well as making sure product was merchandised properly to increase sales and units while showing the Luis Vuitton Life style and Brand. I also worked directly with the regional Visual manager to make sure that all signage and product were in line with corporate standards. I also was encouraged and created new, and fresh ways to inspire the customer to look and feel the product and understand how pieces can be merchandised and purchased together.

I oversaw all production from the designers conception to a finished product. This included the day to day workings with fabric mills, pattern makers, cutters, sewers to a finished product. I also oversaw the shipping of goods to our retailers such as Bloomingdales Nordstrom etc. I also worked directly with other brands to create a synergy with the brands I was producing which entailed working with our in house graphic designers, marketing, and sales teams for multi million dollar roll outs.
