Oversees and administers the operational budget with full P&L responsibility, establishes business plan with sales, productivity goals and other strategies for the branch. My colleagues and I visit two Boy Scouts Sites a day Monday through Friday to work with boys aging for 6-15 that live in low income apartments. We mentor the boys by assisting with homework, tutoring, studying, taking the boys to summer and winter camp to enhance their scouting skills by helping them earn merit badges, also teach the boys life lessons that will mentally prepare them to reach their greatest potential as young men.
