Performs personnel management functions including, recruiting, hiring qualified staff, establishing productivity and sales goals for branch staff, providing feedback, staff motivation through incentives, corrective action, coaching and training staff that are not meeting their standards.Effectively oversees systems administration while meeting and adhering to corporate, legal, and regulatory policies, guidelines, and requirements regarding compliance.

My colleagues and I visit two Boy Scouts Sites a day Monday through Friday to work with boys aging for 6-15 that live in low income apartments. We mentor the boys by assisting with homework, tutoring, studying, taking the boys to summer and winter camp to enhance their scouting skills by helping them earn merit badges, also teach the boys life lessons that will mentally prepare them to reach their greatest potential as young men.
