I would like to introduce myself, my name is Reginald Mock. I believe with my extensive management experience as the foundation for my skills and abilities, I believe I can be a valuable team player to any company.At my current position as an Operations Manager at Averitt Express (Supply Chain Division), I effectively managed over 80 drivers, 4 Supervisors, 6 dispatchers and 1 mechanic. All of them directly reported to me. I am responsible for overseeing the Nissan Canton Mississippi account. My biggest priority was ensuring that the operation ran smoothly and that we provide excellent service to the customer (Nissan).I am well-versed in many aspects of business, including the financial portion. However, my education and work experience are tied together by my ability to empathize and communicate with others. I like to make people smile. It brings me great pleasure when an employee is truly succeeding, and I get to promote them. It is also very rewarding to please my customers.
