This action resulted in Kirby High’s reception of numerous prestigious awards, including acknowledgment as a state of Tennessee REWARD School.~ I prioritized flexible learning plans to address individual needs, thus driving a resultant 300% increase in student scholarships in only two years, from $6.5M in 2016 to over $27M in 2018. This drove a supplementary increase in the Scholar’s academic level in both schools.~ I doubled the enrollment in Honor’s & AP classes and increased Dual Enrollment at two different schools.• Implemented smaller learning community - 9th grade academy • Assisted with the implementation of Block scheduling • Increased enrollment from 1350 students to 1750 students in two years. • EOC Family & Curriculum Nite in conjunction with Report Card pickup• Implemented Kurbside Konnection
