• Experience with Dell EMC storage solutions such as Data Domain, Avamar, Isilon and Dell’s line of Power Servers. Adept knowledge of Cisco SAN Fabrics, Brocade SAN Fabrics, EMC SAN/NAS storage technologies, NFS and FC storage protocols. Understand ESD, proficient with power and voltage metrics, provide redundancy in line with customer requirements, and Dell’s best practices.• Perform Engineer practices, review and or upgrade hardware rack elevation schematics, upgrade, harden, answer questions in the field, manage customer SAN/NAS environments. Experience with provisioning and allocating storage to server assets (VM, Windows, and UNIX based), including assignment of iDrac, management, Esxi, RAID levels, LUN, and volume configurations.• Assume ownership for everything from promptness, installation, configuration and integration, perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, configuration, repair work, hardware decommissions, refreshes, memory upgrades, procedural adherence, labeling, escalation and updating stakeholders. Customers see me as a trusted liaison who can understand their precise needs on a host of admin and technical matters.• Expendable dedication, travel ready, results orientation plays integral role to making sure the service to customers is seamless, responsive and focused. Provide an exemplary presentation as it relates to Dell’s best practices. Apply technical expertise, peer collaborating, diagnosis tools and analytical practices to resolve customer issues, taking care of customer IT operations by delivering outstanding on-site support, reporting and coordinating service.
