• Serve as primary representative of MGP in Haiti in communications and dealings with USAID Feed the Future projects and implementing organizations • Responsible for oversight of MGP implementation and coordination of activities with domestic Public and Non-Governmental Organization partners• Oversee the design and delivery of training materials on different bean productivity-enhancing technologies and tools adapted to the diverse agro-ecological, cultural, and socio-economic characteristics of targeted communities in the south-western regions• Mentor and supervise a team of field technicians assigned to the mobile units and coordinate/schedule with local partners the delivery of technologies and training content to remote rural communities• Work with and monitor performance of subcontracted partner institutions including the planning and negotiation of annual workplans and budgets, the preparation of semi-annual technical and financial reports as requested by USAID, periodic site visits, organize local meetings, and liaison with the Legume Innovation Lab MO administrative unit regarding project administration policies and procedures (payments, reimbursements, etc.)• Assist the MO and partners in documenting intermediate development outcomes, lessons-learned from MásFrijol interventions, and in recommending best practices that might be utilized in future years or by other USAID partners and stakeholders working in target regions.• Responsible for oversight of project office administrative functions in the Sud and the Grande Anse, in partnership with SNS/MARNDR• Be directly accountable to the Project Coordinator based at MSU and interact with MSU technical staff assigned to the MGP project

Project Manager -Designed and implemented Centre de Formation Fritz Lafontant's agriculture program curriculum, a three-year technical diploma program for training students in community-based development, best-practices in agriculture and natural resources management, and entrepreneurship-Coordinated the work of four agronomists leading the activities of 64 other Zanmi Agrikol employees on three research farms, and directly managed 16 community-based extension agents in the Central Plateau.-Directed external relations with donors, potential employers of CFFL graduates, and agricultural researchers working with Zanmi Agrikol in Haiti and abroad.-Prepared annual budgets in amount of $ 1 million.-Administered the production, in Haiti, of disease resistant bean varieties from the University of Puerto Rico.-Supervised more than 20 agriculture research projects.Soil and Science Water Department, University of Florida, Internship -Led a project team investigating the mineralization rate of nitrogen over time in combination with ammonium nitrate in livestock manure
