I'm currently employed with State of Maryland as a Security Officer, for approximately 20 years. I've been in the Security field over 30 years. Serving in Maryland State Government Complexes, starting off as a Security Guard & elevating to Baltimore City Police Commission Credential & Supervising 25 Security Guards & 5 Shift Supervisors. With Cpr/First Aid/Aed certification. Experience in Shift Scheduling, Payroll, Background Checks, Incident Report & follow-up, Interview & Hire, Employee basic Security Training, Uniform supply, Employee Handgun & Clearance Card Certification Process. Actively working with Maryland Capitol Police as a Security Officer, along with Police officers, Security is provided to Maryland Cspitol along with 7 State facilities in Baltimore City.
