• Area Operations Manager of a Delivery Service Provider working for Amazon under their Amazon Logistics (AMZL) Program for 3 different Delivery Stations in the NY Metropolitan Area.• Working in direct contact with Amazon's Management team as well as Breakaway Courier management.• Providing detailed information and efficient communication with Amazon as well as Breakaway management through forms, spreadsheets, and other formal tools of communication.• Providing and coordinating training, scheduling, and performance reviews of Dispatchers and Delivery Associates, all in accordance with Client's Standard Operating Procedures and training requirements.• Managing a staff of approximately 200+ Delivery Associates and 12 dispatchers across 3 different stations.• Coordinating and Managing a Fleet of over 90 Delivery Vehicles across all stations to maintain safety compliance as well as compliance with client’s standards. • Meeting and completing tasks on tight time windows and deadlines while providing excellent service to Client's customers. • Providing Logistical assistance and consultation to Delivery Associates, Dispatchers as well as Amazon Management in order to maximize efficiency as well as provide detailed feedback to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.• Resolving problems that Dispatch staff and Delivery Associates encounter throughout day to day operations.• Maintaining quality control of all work done by Associates and Dispatchers.
