- Full life cycle recruitment (Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, and Onboarding)
- High volume sourcing for hourly roles via leading platforms such as Indeed and Linked-In.
- Collaborating with leadership and Talent Acquisitions liaison.
- Manage and administer all pre-employee assessments.
- Closely working with team members to enhance performance and candidate experience.
