I am the Founder of Knocode, a New York City based tech startup on a mission to demystify software for non-technical innovators and small businesses.Our goal is to empower Innovators to take their new website and app businesses from "Vision-to-Value" by providing them with the knowledge, skills, and resources they need to bridge the communication gap between them and talented developers in the Custom Software Development market.

I build websites and online stores, as well as on-demand, social media, and SaaS web-based applications without code using the leading tool in No-Code/Low-Code programming, Bubble.io.I transitioned into No Code development while struggling to learn traditional programming languages like Python. Although it was meant to be for more personal uses, I began using my new skills to help aspiring entrepreneurs and startups build their first MVPs to launch their products.

I designed and developed a "car fuel delivery" web-based application using a leading no-code tool, Bubble. The app allows car owners living in Charleston, South Carolina, to request on-demand car fuel to be delivered to their vehicle.I acquired this project via Round Pegs who had acquired it via Launchpeer and so I had to work with the PMs from both to manage the project. The objective was to build a prototype as a proof of concept, but later evolved into developing an MVP.Customers would create a fuel request by adding their car's location, details, and selecting a fuel type. JuicedFuel employees would manage these requests by assigning them to "Drivers" who would deliver the fuel. Once the driver delivers, they'll send an invoice to the customer who would receive a text notification to pay it.I integrated a few technologies such as Stripe for payments, Twilio for texts notifications, and Google Maps for geocoding and location tracking.The project has concluded, and the client is preparing to launch. Musicshed aims to revolutionize the music industry with a new app that will combine the best elements of music streaming with Web3 and Blockchain technologies. Artists will be able to upload their songs from any device, convert them into NFTs, and sell them to be paid directly.I was connected to the founder via Heep and was bought in to help integrate Web3 and Blockchain technologies such as Rarible and Crossmint.

Round Pegs is a No-Code agency that connects clients and businesses looking for No-Code/Low-Code solutions with freelance No-Code Developers, such as myself. I work on projects looking to use Bubble.io as their no-code solution.

I designed and developed a "Video As A Service" web-based application using a leading no-code tool, Bubble. The app allows brands to create scroll-stopping video ads by describing the look, feel, and theme for an ad and submitting their media assets which are then taken by an editor and brought to life.I acquired this project via Round Pegs and worked with the PMs and client to manage it. Initially, the goal was to take the client's existing website and rebuild it as it within a no-code platform, Bubble. As the project went on, the client became more impressed with my work and became inspired to build an entirely new version of the app with new features and new functionality.From that point, the client and I worked together. They worked on designs in Figma and I brought them to life in Bubble. We kept track of tasks via Asana. I also integrated Stripe for payments and built custom API calls for the app to work with Frame.io, an online video collaboration tool, which the editors would use.The project has concluded, and the client is preparing to launch. Managing helpdesk, providing white glove technical support through FreshService, provisioning and managing user accounts and groups through Microsoft Office 365 Admin Center and Active Directory, managing phones through Cisco Communications Manager, and monitoring cyber security through Crowdstrike and Mimecast.Integral in the development and implementation of a new digital workspace, helped migrate into Azure Cloud, administer SharePoint, monitor OneDrive backups, improve communication and collaboration through Teams, learned Power Automate to streamline data and workflows, and trained staff on modern uses of cloud productivity tools.

Started with a role in technical support, managed the technical needs for 15,000 clients and 4000 internal staff through Zendesk, provisioned and managed new users, automated deployment for Windows and Mac laptops, supported enterprise software, trained new technical support hires, and set up MDFs for new locations.Promoted to be the sole manager for all telecommunications services and technologies, oversaw the procurement, installation, and configuration of conference technologies globally, managed the vendor account and relations including billing, sales and customer support and initiated a global migration which improved call quality, customer service and sales, generating $1 million in annual revenue.

I returned this time to manage a small team of techs to close out the final phase of Unisys's Windows OS Migration Project. I oversaw the development of an additional 4000 new computers and my team provided post migration Helpdesk Support.My role also allowed me to travel where I managed the deployment of new machines in a few of the company's factory sites.

Contracted once again under Insight Global, I signed on to streamline a large scale Windows 7 Migration Project and provided Tier 2 post migration Helpdesk support through Remedy Ticketing System.Having identified manual hard drive backups as the cause for slow migrations, I trained the team of 20 IT professionals to use Windows File Transfer to backup machine profiles to the network and them pull them down into the new machines, while greatly expedited the project.

My second job was a contract under YOH where I upgraded Windows XP desktops to Windows 7 and installed various Bloomberg Technologies and software for traders.I further developed my user facing and communication skills as well as fine tuned my work ethic to deliver better technical services in the fast paced environment.

After I became CompTIA A+ certified I was contracted by Insight Global to work with Unisys on a large scale Windows 7 Migration project. Here, in addition to learning how to perform data migrations I also acquired my first real world experience with providing Helpdesk Support to over 3000 corporate users and working with Windows Server and Active Directory.
