Current-Provide exceptional executive-level VIP support, ensuring uninterrupted global technology operations for key stakeholders.-Resolve complex user technology issues promptly, maintaining optimal corporate technology services.-Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless "always on" business operations.-Implement support strategies to meet and exceed the needs of internal users across the globe.-Execute meticulous maintenance of end user devices, aligning with security policies to safeguard company systems.-Oversee and manage IT management systems to guarantee data integrity, accuracy, and consistent performance.-Skillfully image, configure, and deploy Dell laptops/desktops, Apple MacBook, iPhones, and Teams Rooms.-Actively contribute to project success through meticulous task execution, consistently delivering on time and with 100% accuracy.-Effectively administer Azure, Microsoft Exchange (Cloud/On-Prem), SharePoint, Teams, Active Directory including user and group management, security protocols, files shares, JAMF, MFA-Maintain an environment of continuous improvement by engaging with cross-functional colleagues and stakeholders.
