Working at the Engineering Services Division under Contract of Service with the following duties and responsibilities of a Senior Engineer A:1. Conduct an inspection and monitoring of electrical facilities of the Building and all ports under jurisdiction of the Port Management Office. 2. Recommend rules and regulations, and possible solutions for the proper maintenance and/on upgrading the existing electrical facilities of the building and all ports under jurisdiction of the Port Management Office. 3. Introduce and implement safety measures in accordance with existing electrical codes and regulations.4. Conduct an inspection of damages to port facilities inflicted by port users, natural calamities.5. Prepare an electrical layout plan and estimate of materials needed in the preparation of Program of Work (POW) for Repair & Maintenance Projects.6. Assist in the preparation of cost estimates for the damaged port facilities of ports under jurisdiction of Port Management Office. 7. Inspects ongoing projects together with PMO Engineers.8. Assists in the preparation of Monthly Status Report (MSR), Community Based Employment Program (CBEP), and Monitoring, Evaluation & Control Services (MECS).11. Assist in the preparation of Complex Purchase Orders for progress billing of Repair & Maintenance Projects.
