Assisted in the qualification of several mid-level managers for their Shift Supervisor Boards for the ship's operational center the pipeline for their weapons employment certification. Administered training in all aspects of the job description in administration, specialized skillsets in operations and understanding the concepts of how it affects the job and its duties as well as how to advance in the ranking structureCreated a classroom environment for training during the testing cycles for advancement in rank and improved organization's numbers for promoted personnel to 60 percent or better.Implemented a curriculum to reteach the basics to understand the job description of operations and enhance operational and tactical knowledge. Designed several complex operational exercise scenarios using organizational software. This was designed to teach personnel operational proficiency in a virtual setting for personnel to build command center awareness and maintain that continuity.
