Reggie was responsible for all tenant improvement, lifecycle equipment replacement, and planned / deferred maintenance projects across 22 residential dining hall and 11 retail cafe locations. The ability to prioritize multiple competing requests while still meeting the operational needs of his stakeholders in a fast paced environment is a transferable skill that would benefit any organization.The construction of Arrillaga Family Dining Commons was the first dining hall built on campus in 20 years. Completion of this 31,000 ft2, two story dining pavilion required extensive collaboration between various internal and external stakeholders. Completed within operational deadline despite construction document (design build) challenges, extended equipment delivery times, and unforeseen items required at permit close out.Completed a fast paced tenant improvement that converted existing retail space to a Panda Express. This 10 day project conversion presented multiple challenges that were alleviated through constant communication and detailed reviews with the construction team. Project was delivered on time and within budget.The Harvest Café @ SLAC was a quick response tenant improvement project that included multiple scope additions. The added scope was effectively communicated to the general contractor and completed without delaying the opening date. Project turnover was completed a week early, despite scope alterations.
