This sales support position provides pre-sales and post-sales support for all Konica Minolta supported software applications related to digital graphic systems. This includes both color and black/white copiers, printers and associated digital controllers, along with MAC and PC Operating Systems I will be handling pre-sales and post sales system and application support and customer training for all digital products (b/w, color, controllers, DIS, application software).I will also be calling on current and potential customers with the sales reps to offer technical & application expertise.

Responsible for the validation of 3rd party finishing systems attached to Xerox production printing engines. Duties including creation of the testing parameters, execution of the test matrix and documentation of the testing results.

Subject matter expert for color cut sheet and color wide format products supporting Executive Customer Engagements and Thought Leadership Workshops at the Gil Hatch Center for Customer Innovation. Responsible for product demonstrations and assisting potential customers in understanding how Xerox equipment works and how it can integrate into their current work flows, both traditional and digital. Responsible for creation and printing collateral materials used in customer events including invitations, banners and the personalized pieces that are distributed during the events.

Liaison for communications between sales analysts, customers and engineering to resolve perceived problems, facilitate solutions, and manage expectations. Responsible for the preflight and printing of potential customer files to Xerox iGen3 digital color press. Day-to-day responsibilities required analyzing submitted customer files for potential printing problems, fixing problems, and color matching the output to supplied customer samples, both offset and digital. Proficient in utilizing both Creo and DocuSP Digital Front Ends for outputting color corrected, trapped and imposed prints from Photoshop, Quark, InDesign and Adobe PDF files.

Responsible for the implementation and management of a web based order entry system allowing real estate agents to list their properties via a web browser. Acted as the liaison between real estate agents, internal management, and the web portal designers to increase the quality of the order entry process. Conducted both in-house and client site training. Additionally, addressed the concerns of advertisers relating to digital ad delivery, quality and reproduction.

Responsible for the day-to-day technical operations of the Color Lab that handled the prepress of both digital and analog files from advertisers. Interfaced with both internal press operations and advertisers to solve ad production problems. Spearheaded the transition from a proprietary Scitex system to an open postscript workflow.
