Currently, I am part of a dynamic squad where I lead design initiatives and ensure the maintenance and evolution of our Design System. My role involves:Design System Development: Continuous creation and updating of design components and standards, ensuring visual and functional consistency across all products.Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Working closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure design solutions meet user needs and business objectives.Mentorship: Guiding and promoting best design practices within the team.

As a Product Design Lead at Yampi, I lead a portion of the Design team, establishing efficient processes and collaborating across six distinct squads. I work with the technical development and management of the team, maintaining clear alignments with stakeholders. Additionally, I'm responsible for the onboarding of new members, ensuring their swift integration. My goal is to drive innovation and user focus, providing effective and attractive Design solutions.

Active participation in the foundation of Smash Open Source Design System, from tokens definitions, building the component inventory to implementation with developers.

Working on discovery processes, flows ideation and prototypes, tasks refinement rituals with the development team and usability tests with users.

Active participation in several stages of the product, from mapping and structuring flows, building interfaces, QA/Design Review and assistance in managing Scrum tasks.
