Responsible for full life cycle recruiting for internal IT positions in the US and Canada.

Resource manager: My daily goes are to act as a liasion between clients and candidates searching for the right and best opportunity. To build a relationship with the client really listening to needs and the since of urgency coupled with learning valuable desires of the candidate to ensure a long term on going relationship with both parties.

Partnering with hiring managers and Human resource generalist to listen to needs and desire of open requistions allowing me to bring forth qualified candidates in the Human resource and IT realm. Building long lasting relationships with candidates through pipelines and referrals to bring forth the best fit for the department. To be a part of the success of Honeywells projects by presenting some SME who bring experience and new ideas to the company. Responsible for sourcing, interviewing, educating and assisting with the on boarding process of Accounting and Finance candidates for contract and direct hire positions. To be an intrical part of a team of driven sales professionals and hiring managers from strategic companies to supply fresh new resources for the success of the company while gaining trust of the candidate and producing loyalty.

Provided on-site support for the Bank of America seasonal tax processing project for individual and business tax division by providing ongoing recruiting to provide 40 employees per day. Performed human resource duties including, training, orientation, performance appraisals, new hires, terminations, HIPPA, FMLA, FLSA, OCCP compliance and enforcement of EEO policies and procedures. Supervised 3 branch locations, conducting orientations, reference checks and drug screenings. Performed employee background checks, verified proper documentation and assisted with payroll functions. Assisted the sales team with up selling while making quality checks and making cold calls into companies for potential business, developed marketing strategies and targeted specific areas for candidates. Conducted job fairs to staff for clerical and light industrial positions. Provided marketing strategies to bring in new business.

Traveled to 5 locations and trained new outlet employees on the ticketmaster system. Handled customer complaints and assisted with customer satisfaction surveys. Maintain ticket stock and audited inventory monthly. Set up advertising displays in outlet stores.
