In the winter season manage the winter sales office activities for all future leisure and group room reservations. In the summer season, supervise the day-to-day activities of the Front Desk Agents, Night Auditor and House/Dock Porter staff, and manage available rooms inventory on a daily basis to ensure maximum availability of inventory. Additional responsibilities include the daily financial reporting of the night audit reports to ensure accurate reporting of occupied rooms against hotel revenue to track actual hotel revenue against budget and the accounts payable functions of the Inn. Collaborate with the Corporate Director of Revenue to maintain the website for the Inn, assist in the creation of monthly email blast marketing campaigns and help manage the hotel merchant model relationship with our third party internet booking partners (Expedia, Travelocity and Orbitz) to drive room occupancy and revenue.

In the wedding market, responsible for the year round sales process of soliciting new brides for current and future year catering revenue. In the summer season, worked with the bride to plan and execute the definite wedding from the arrival of the bride and her family, coordinating the arrival of the wedding vendors, supervised the set up of the ceremony and reception events and the coordinated the reconciliation of the wedding event invoice. In addition to the sales and coordination of the wedding events, managed the winter sales office activities for all future leisure and group room reservations and in the summer, supervised the day-to-day activities of the front desk staff at the Inn.

Responsible for the coordination of all conference group arrangements beginning with the coordination of the group rooming list, arrival of the group, through the entire event phase, and the coordination of post event activities which would include group billing reconciliation.

As a Series 6 and 63 licensed associate, acted as a relationship manager for a portfolio of 300 high net worth clients. Responsible for achieving $7 million in new deposit money, investment money opportunities and consumer real estate loan each quarter, while maintaining high customer delight scores and over $100 million in relationship balances.
