Mrs. Regina Thomas: Advocate, Educator, and HostMrs. Regina Thomas is a domestic violence educator, artist, author, and the founder and host of the No More Silent Tears TV show and podcast. A military spouse and mother of two daughters, she is a survivor of domestic violence whose journey has inspired her to advocate for others.Mrs. Thomas holds certifications in Child Abuse Prevention, Investigative Techniques, and Domestic Violence, alongside credentials from the U.S. Army Military Police School. She is pursuing a BA in Psychology with a minor in Child Development to further her mission.Her work includes volunteering for the Fort Hood Army Community Service, speaking at military and civilian events, and being recognized by the City of Killeen for her contributions to domestic violence awareness. She has created educational courses, appeared as a TV host on KPLE, and written for the Killeen Daily Herald.With extensive experience in public speaking, legal advocacy, and mental health education, Mrs. Thomas continues to empower individuals and communities to break the cycle of abuse.
