As the Director of Training I develop, implement and oversee a comprehensive ongoing training program for On-Site customers and employees. I am responsible for developing and conducting onboarding orientation sessions and on-the-job training for new hires. My goals include reducing the learning curve, improving retention, developing effective training techniques, while supporting the company’s goals and sales objectives.

Regional Account Executives ensure that On-Site maintains long-term, productive relationships with our customers. RAEs proactively manage an assigned territory to ensure that customers are successful using our products, to identify and avoid potential issues, while introducing and recommending new products.
