Actively seek out prospective Contestable Customers with an average demand capacity of 500kW and above;Responsible in working closely with prospective and existing customers to determine their needs and answer their questions related to the Retail Electricity Supply (RES);Conduct analysis on the hourly load profile data of customers to come up with the best price to offer;Communicate with the Utility Economics department in finalizing the most competitive price for customers;Prepare and consolidate documents needed to draft the Retail Supply Contract (RSC);Coordinates with the Legal, Trading, Billing, Utility Economics department in reviewing the RSC;Constant communication with the customers; andPerforms customer service responsibilities and other related tasks involved in the Sales and Marketing.

• Evaluate and monitor submitted Significant and Weekly Event Reports of Grid Users; • Accepts/Decline reports of generating plants uploaded in the Grid Reliability Monitoring System (GRMS); • In-charge with the preparation of necessary documents/files needed in the Philippine Grid Code (PGC) On-site Compliance Assessment of generating plants; • Prepare and consolidate minutes, reports and other related documents on the output of the Grid Reliability Subcommittee, including the regular and special meeting of the GMC; • Responsible in the coordination, information and dissemination of feedbacks and information to members of the Committee and/or Subcommittees; • Conducts research, data gathering and processing of information as required by the Committee and/or Subcommittees, and;• Performs other duties and responsibility that may be assigned from time to time.

• Conduct line and staff work to assigned sections of the mill; • Communicate and support the Engineering department by providing engineering drawings and reports; • Create documentation and training material, particularly for future cadetship program; • Report to Plant Manager about key learnings, analysis, observations and recommendations; • Direct and manage all activities aimed at providing the continuous supply of spare parts, supplies and materials needed by the Manufacturing plant and the offices at the most optimal price for the quality needed; • Ensure the efficient production of the plant by providing supplies at the most optimal price for the quality needed; • Select and accredit suppliers by inspecting facilities and conducting reference checks; • Initiate sourcing of new suppliers for new products and services required; • Manage relationships with existing suppliers, and; • Conduct review of existing contracts.
