My duties included the processing of data collection trials for various research studies using specific software and occasionally assisting head researchers during data collections.

In the Surgical Intensive Care Unit, I performed clerical duties of the nursing station. I collaborated with a clinical team of 10-15 nurses/doctors and other healthcare members. I facilitated patient care by providing positive customer relations and support services to patients/visitors.

My role in the Tannous Lab was to identify ideal patients for the clinical research study and collect platelet samples for later use.

I worked in the Office of Development and performed clerical duties of the front desk. I also assisted with small research projects related to the students at the school and donors to the school.

My role was to ensure customer satisfaction by handling each customer with courtesy and assistance. Additionally, I ensured each customer had a positive shopping experience and remembered that the customer is the top priority.
