I assisted customers with their flight bookings, cancellations, refunds, and other concerns, using various tools and processes. I also reported to supervisors and coaches, and helped agents improve their communication and rapport-building skills.I graduated from Asia Pacific College with a degree in Business Administration and Management, which equipped me with the knowledge and skills to handle different business scenarios and challenges.
