Currently my duties include but are not limited by any means to the direct overseeing of the onboarding process, Disciplinary actions, Scheduling, Application management/migration, Call offs, payroll, conflict resolution, client retention, account management, terminations, interviewing, recruitment and much more. Any thing that might be needed I'll get it done. I'm highly competent with an acute attention to details; I learn quick and always get the job done effectively. The one thing I want to accomplish throughout my career is to see personnel treated correctly, fairly and realize there are managers who put employees above profits.
