Following the company decision to split Life Sciences business from Clinical Diagnostic in Emerging Markets:- Awarded Region of the Year 2011 for PF Division and 2012 for FS division. Double digit growth 2011& 2012- Set up of a dedicated Lifescience organization tuned for growth with hiring of 3 Regional Directors, 11 Sales Managers, to manage the Account Managers and Field Application Specialists- New structure of the Life Science Marketing team to generate growth and drive implementation of a tactical plan and lead generation. Specific Marketing communication plan with quarterly special offers, Newsletter… - Dedicated team around Distributor management with a specific strategic development plan to move toward demand creation and channel partners solution. - New processes around the organization: Salesforce.com implementation, Special Prices process, Samples, Contracts, Marketing events, 7 steps sales process, Territory Management plan, Business review, reliable forecast, Dashboard.- Re-organization of Russia to align with the rest of the team, focus on development of the full range and business transparency.- Implementation of new code of business ethics and FCPA
