With a PhD in Geosciences from the University of Nantes (2008), specializing in remote sensing, I have 12 years of experience in uranium exploration with Orano (formerly Areva). Trilingual (French, English and Spanish), my first years at head office gave me the opportunity to work closely with teams spread over several continents, especially in Canada, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, Australia, Argentina, Gabon, Niger and Jordan.In 2015, my journey took me to English-speaking Canada, where I lived for five years, deepening my expertise in geophysical methods and supporting exploration teams in Saskatchewan and Nunavut.Since completing my PhD, my passion for innovation has led me to become actively involved in R&D, providing tailor-made solutions to meet the specific needs of the projects entrusted to me. One of my strengths is the ability to manage a project from inception to completion. This involves careful analysis of requirements, strategic planning, coordination of multidisciplinary teams and implementation of solutions. Each phase is critical and I have consistently demonstrated proficiency in the entire process, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.Since 2020, as Business Innovation Manager at Orano DS, I have been applying my expertise to the technical and innovation department. My cross-functional role puts me at the heart of fruitful collaboration with project managers, developing and promoting new tools and methods tailored to the decommissioning of nuclear facilities, waste management and services for nuclear power plants.
