    Part of Total SA Blow Out Task Force for relief well engineering and execution. Designed and executed a relief well on Al-Jurf field. B-12K was a level 3 relief well intended to be used for re-entry. It required a window to be milled out of the 7⅝” & 4½” liner so that a small tubing string could be inserted at a measured depth of 2675m. In that occasion, this ultimate precision relief well was drilled with success, representing an outstanding achievement for the Group, partners and contractors Weatherford DD, DrillScan, Gyrodata, VectorMagnetic, Wild Well Control, Baker Atlas, Tech21. The project took 7 months from engineering to intercept.
