Web design & development.

I was the head hatha yoga teacher here, responsible for training newly certified teachers that came out of the TTC program and assisting the main teacher of the TTC program. I mentored spiritual aspirants involved in staff as well as our guests.

I was responsible for all technical and computer-related jobs at the Yoga Farm. I upgraded, maintained and improved their physical network, servers, wireless connectivity, software, hardware, and graphic design technologies as well as designing their website and printed materials.

I analyzed and reported our Service Level Agreement compliance to our customers and reported this to our C-level management. It mostly involved pulling information from Crystal Reports SQL databases containing that data and assembling it into PivotTables.

I took calls from sysadmins, often Microsoft administrators without much command line experience and walked them through how to do basic UNIX system administration; filed bugs, and later was promoted to Senior Level Analyst, where I served as an escalation point for difficult calls or customers.

I assisted customers on the phone with various graphic design issues and problems that came up working on the Quark XPress version 3 and up. Analyzing everything from Postscript files and Quark files to leading customers through basic graphic design concepts as well as advanced workflow issues, filing bugs and following up on cases sent to development.
