I have worked in multi-cultural environments and across several customer facing functions in my career, mostly at Genesys with professional services delivery in EMEA, program management in India, customer advocacy and escalation management in a world-wide role and since last 12 years in Pre-sales, as a solution consultant, a pre-sales leader overseeing France, Iberia, North West Africa, then Benelux and Nordics and currently with a focus on developing the Nordics and Baltics market. What I love most in my work is building long-term relationships with customers that drive loyalty and advocacy and witnessing the success our customers have using Genesys solutions.
