As a Consultant and Technical Sales Agent, I am applying my extensive knowledge and experience to drive quality and process development projects on behalf of various clients, with a primary focus on new products, the set-up of new factories, quality improvement and the provision of training in quality tools.With strong experience in product development, I oversee the production of custom machines which includes the preparation of specifications, catalogue revisions, commercial negotiations, adherence to installation commissions and the delivery of after sales care.Having spent ample time within factory environments, I have established and constructed several new factories on behalf of clients and I currently travel to both regional and international factories to ensure the release of machines for shipment and to train and educate factory staff and teams in all necessary processes.Skilled in all aspects of capacitors manufacturing, I upsell machinery and raw materials across the capacitors industry, currently totalling approximately $1.5M per year. Within my former role as Project Engineer at Fitesa, I oversaw the project management operations for all factory units in line with PMI guidelines with additional responsibility for the management of capacity expansion (CAPEX) and investments.Within this role, I was also successful in the installation of the 6th production unit of nonwovens at the Brazil plant.

As a Process Engineer, I facilitated the development of metallized film capacitors for Power Factor Correction, Power Electronics, Motor Run and Lighting which required the management of specifications, the acquisition of new equipment, the definition of parameters, and the improvement of processes.With strong knowledge of Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), I coordinated FMEA groups and formulated accurate FMEA and 8D reports.In addition to the above duties, I steered the implementation of the cost reduction program and utilised Six Sigma methodologies to facilitate special projects.

As a Product and Process Engineer, I industrialised the product, process and materials for an aluminum case with safety device capacitors for a motor run application, with a primary focus on product specification, process enhancement, parameters definition, material and supplier development, and product certification.
