- Representing the Project Officer in taking and/or formulating decisions if the Chief Executive is unable to attend;- Manage and strengthen internal relationships;- Ensure the work of the division under supervision is in accordance with the work description.

- Executing and being PIC in Grand Opening activities;- Discussing event concepts and activity rundowns.

- Taking responsibility as Vice Project Officer in the Seminar Pasca Kampus 2024 work program- Carrying out roles or tasks with different divisions in fulfilling the work program and work functions of the department (Public Relations Division, Operators, Events Division, etc.)

During my internship, I was able to help work on projects, such as Geoscoop Personality as a forum for information related to student welfare through social media.

Program Penguatan Kapasitas Organisasi Kemahasiswaan (PPK Ormawa) is a program created by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology. This program is a forum for implementing community service and empowerment initiated by student organizations, which in its implementation is expected to continue to increase, both in the number of proposals, as well as the number of student organizations and universities.

- Checking and verifying the recap of new student assignments;- Conduct mentoring/sharing session activities with new students according to a set schedule;- Observe, monitor, provide input and suggestions for improvement related to campus life to new students.

PPLKD (Panitia Pemira Lembaga Kemahasiswaan Departemen) Geografi UI is a forum for organizing elections in the election of the Chairperson of the Geography Department Association.- Disseminator of PPLKD broadcasts to UI Geography SMEs;- LO for Association Chair Candidates on the day of exploration.

Establish good relations between the internal public and the external public of OSIS.

- Create proposals, reports, and forms for every school event;- Manage correspondence and archive member attendance;- Manage social media accounts and design content related to school activities.

- Working on a project to commemorate religious holidays (e.g. Christmas and Isra Mi'raj);- Managing routine religious event.
