Our Mission is to build Awareness, Respect and Capacity to help serve the Vision. Using systemic collaboration with education and community partners, we launched and run SOGI 1 2 3, an initiative that helps educators make schools inclusive and safe for students of all sexual orientations and gender identities (SOGI) through provincial alignment, educator networks and accessible resources. Firmly established in all 60 of BC's school districts, several in Alberta and growing beyond, SOGI 1 2 3 seeks to 1) help develop policies and procedures to support educators and students; 2) create positive, safe and inclusive environments for young people; and 3) provide teaching resources for educators and parents -- see our SOGI-specific site: https://www.sogieducation.org
