Methodology:- SCRUM/KANBAN/AgileMain Activities:- Managed a development team of the 15 developers during sprints and tickets deliveries.- Manager backlog items.- Extracts metrics as productivity, team velocity, burn/build daily, hours spent during sprint, rework, blocks and report it using JIRA (JQL, dashboards and metrics analysis).- Solves blocks together with different third party teams.- Manages testers third party team.- Ensures tickets deliveries and to manage Sprint size based on historic progress.- Ensures correct log hours using JIRA Tracking time in order to avoid overtime and to keep management of hours controlled.- Creation/maintenance boards/dashboards using JIRA tools.- Experience with Atlassian Tools (Confluence, Jira, Bitbucket).- Applies PDCA weekly to measure ideias, purposes and to understand team's necessities.

- Responsible for making sure the product quality and software safety ensures that the manufacturing process is complying with national and international standards. Some of my main duties are: discuss test plans during technical refinement, investigate and set standards for software's quality, write management/technical reports, performing and monitoring statistical information such as team metrics and introducing them; write, plan and execute tests scripts. - As automation testing tools I had the opportunity to work with Behat, Selenium IDE, Katalon, Robot Framework and Python in different types of projects such as consumer goods, banks, entertainment and health care.- Expertise in manual and automated tests.- Participation in test estimatives using Complexity Points and Fibonacci measure during the technical refinement of the tickets.- Participation in technical refinement discussions to build tests scripts among developers, architect and Scrum Master; - Validation and acceptance tests for test environment, smoke test for Stage and Production environment; regression tests when necessary- Lead post deliveries meeting to discuss bugs, reporting metrics extracted during sprint.
