- Worked on a large-scale project for customs office which required design and development of the entire system containing web, windows and mobile solutions- Initiated the development of a total of 6 windows and web-based enterprise applications- Competed with 11 other candidates to get the project (by developing sample codes)- Facilitated getting budget for the project by Introducing a working MVP in less than 2 months that was used to demonstrate its feasibility- Read over 30 published articles and analyzed over 10,000 lines of code and various software to reverse engineer a very essential part of one of the applications- Interviewed more than 25 operators in 3 customer sites to take their requirements into account in the final application design - Reduced the execution time of a certain part of one of the applications from 3.7 seconds to less than 2 milli-seconds using various optimization techniques (including concurrent programming, ArraySegment, unsafe code and pointers in C#) - Created 3 windows services and integrated them with other applications- Convinced managers to upgrade to new technologies like JSON instead of XML and use GITversion control- Wrote around 130 reports over the course of 3 years explaining different parts of applications both for end users and future developers- Took part in creating and developing custom protocols
