• Collecting and analyzing data about a company’s operational costs -Setting standard costs of manufactured good.• Monitoring and analyzing costs.• Cooperating with project managers to help those meet budgeting goals.• Calculate the costs associated with raw materials and determine appropriate prices to ensure a good profit margin.• Match invoices with work orders: Ensure that invoices match work orders to ensure accurate expenses.• Record daily spoilage: Record food spoilage daily to identify causes of waste and take corrective actions.• Inventory and Stock Control: Monitor inventory levels and conduct periodic inventory to ensure availability of necessary materials without overstocking.• Coordinating stock control operations with warehouse staff, as well as the sales and finance departments.• Analyzing supply chain data to ensure the uninterrupted availability of stock.• Forecasting supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out of stock (OOS).

• Preparing daily entries for companies.• Recording all financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data.• Create regular financial reports like income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. • Manage accounts payable and receivable: Track incoming and outgoing payments, ensuring timely payments and collections. • Review prepare and submit all tax deductions.• Prepare documents for tax inspections by the tax authorities (Vat, withholding tax, payroll tax, etc..).• Delivering a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within time frames.• Ability to handle the electronic invoicing and tax system, uploading invoices, and the payroll system.• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly and annual tax report, sharing with account management for companies.
